Tiani Major, MSED,QMHP-C BCBA, LBA
As Clinical Director, Tiani is responsible for ensuring exceptional services to all of our clients. She is an experienced Behavior Analyst with expertise in management and marketing.
Tiani is passionate about providing high-quality early intervention services, with a specific focus on mental health and well-being, as well as independent living skills for both younger and older learners. She aims to revolutionize the ABA community by offering transparent, supportive, and inclusive services to all clients, while fostering a team that upholds these same values.

We are a team of highly trained Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s (BCBA’s), Registered Behavior Technician’s (RBT’s), and therapists who have vowed to help children with Autism. RBT spotlight
I graduated from Longwood University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Prior to joining Let’s Put Our Kids First, I gained valuable experience working with children with autism at Virginia Treatment Center for Children at VCU Health. In 2020, I joined Let’s Put Our Kids First as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I have had the opportunity to work with children and families while continuing to grow professionally.
While working as an RBT, I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global and am currently pursuing my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping children develop meaningful skills that increase their independence, confidence, and quality of life.
Working at Let’s Put Our Kids First has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I am grateful for the mentorship, guidance, and hands-on training I have received from our outstanding team of BCBAs and leadership. The supportive environment has allowed me to continue developing my clinical skills while making a positive impact on the children and families we serve. I am proud to be part of a team that is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care.
